• Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM

• No smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoors

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• No pets

• Maximum occupancy limits must be observed at all times

• All guests must be registered upon arrival

• Please treat the property and furnishings with care and respect

• No parties or events without prior approval

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, to maintain a safe environment and enforce conduct policies

• Arrangements to book or view the property begin with an email and require a phone call confirmation

• Full payment is due by check or cash upon arrival unless otherwise arranged

• Minimum stay requirements may apply

• Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

• The property is located on a lake - please supervise children at all times

• Swimming and water activities are at your own risk

• Kayaks and water toys are available for guest use during daylight hours

• Fires are only permitted in the designated fire pit

• Please dispose of all trash and recycling in the provided receptacles

• Local emergency services: the nearest hospital is approximately 15 minutes away

• There is no meal delivery or ride share service in this area

• During winter, all wheel drive may be required
